Vetting
MSS personnel are fully vetted though the Security industry authority and checked against their eligibility to work in the UK. All personnel hold a valid SIA licence required for their role, regular checks are made with the SIA on all operatives to ensure their licence is current and valid. This is done in accordance with SIA recommended standards of practice.
Training
All MSS security operatives take an internal training program upon joining the company this course provides the levels of standards expected in the work place and outlines the principles of the company.
Initial program contains:
- Customer services
- Standards awareness
- Internal procedures
- Health and safety procedures
Further more, our operatives are brought back to our offices on regular occasions to ensure they are updated on all industry developments that may effect them and that they are employing the most update techniques at all of our sites. All operatives are made to understand that when they are present at a clients premises they not only represent MSS, but they represent the client who has engaged our services.
