Door Supervision
We provide professional, trained Door Supervisors who are experienced in delivering and implementing your requirements to a high standard.
Trained in conflict management and vetted/registered with the Security Industry Authority (SIA) Door Supervisors are now working alongside stringent guidelines to enable them to perform their role in a more professional manner.

- Monitoring the volume of customers entering, ensuring a safe and pleasent atmosphere.

MSS personnel may be the first and last people your customers see at your venue; they will feel relaxed by the polite and respectable manner in which our Door Supervisors operate.
A professional appearance is compulsory whilst representing our company. All of our Door Supervisors wear our standard uniform but can be tailored to suit your specific requirements. Door supervisors will display their SIA licence in armbands provided at all times keeping in line with SIA regulations.
We provide any equipment that may be needed by the Door Supervisors to enable them to perform their job properly. This includes radios, ear pieces and electronic tally counters. Body CCTV can also be made available at the clients request.
MSS Head Door Supervisors will liaise with your management to ensure the security procedures we have agreed together are implemented at all times.
